Mobile concrete plant Sumab F-2200 (60-80 m3/hour) Sweden

The Sumab F-2200 mobile concrete plant is designed to produce high-quality concrete and concrete mixes at a capacity of 60-80 m³ per hour.

The plant's exact productivity depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and chemical additives used in production.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system.
A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 50 concrete formulas and grades. It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and the percentage of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:
1. A fully automated mobile concrete plant with a capacity of 40-60 m³ per hour.

Mounted on a container frame.

2. Aggregate bins, 4 x 3.8 m³

3. Aggregate weighing sensors, located under the planetary mixer. Measurement accuracy: +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.

4. Aggregate conveyor, including 4.5 kW electric motor, located under the bins.

5. Pan mixer, 2200/1450 liters, coated with a 12 mm layer of special steel.
5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap.

6. Galvanized water tank, 500 liters, with a built-in Danfoss pump and water dispenser.

7. Mobile concrete plant control panel. Manual control keyboard. Soft-touch screen. Siemens PC for automatic plant control. 50 grades of concrete with the ability to change the grade before each batch. Printer with ready-mix data in kg and %. Performance data per batch, hour, shift, and month.

8. Chemical additive pump with hose, automatically controlled by a PC.

9. High-pressure compressor (160 BAR) for cleaning the concrete plant.

10. Air compressor (10 BAR).

Cement feed auger – 220 mm diameter, 4.5 meters long. 5.5 kW electric motor. Built-in cement dosing sensors.
60-ton cement silo including filter, ladder, MAX-MIN levels, safety grate, cement feed pipe.
Conveyor for delivering ready-mixed concrete from the mixer. Length: 12 m, width: 1000 mm.
