The Legal Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting the Head of On-Demand Client Services in achieving key team results and leading attorneys on projects to meet client resource needs.

Partner selection and engagement
Legal engagement
Building strong relationships with candidates
Processing client inquiries in accordance with the processes and service level agreements (SLAs) of the legal engagement team.
Identifying the most suitable candidates for each client inquiries and developing high-quality, compelling proposals to secure these inquiries.
Leading strategic projects related to legal engagement.
Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices for client service.
Ensuring compliance with regulations, commercial agreements, and company policies.
Working closely with the client, marketing, technology, and finance teams, we strive to ensure a positive experience for our clients and candidates.
Maintaining an understanding of the competitive market situation and industry trends relevant to the work of the legal client engagement team.
Attending networking events and other events (virtual and/or in-person) and acting as a Russell Law Firm ambassador.
